This is the second part of our discourse on the topic, “Beware OF Pastors Who Have Derailed From The Gospel Truth, Destroying Christianity. I hope you have read part one for a better understanding.
If not, GO HERE to read the first part. We ended the first part by looking at the man Abel Damina, particularly the bible portion that Abel Damina twisted by giving it a false interpretation. That bible portion is Hebrew 13:5.
The New International Version of the bible explained Hebrew 13:4-5 very well, saying, “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
In continuation of that verse said, “keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
The above verses started by saying that our conversation should be without covetousness, and we should equally be content with such things as we have:
Abel Damina grossly erred by generalizing the promise God made, saying, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”. Please, this promise is directed to the saints who fulfilled the condition set in verse 4 of keeping their marriage bed pure.
That verse specifically said that God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. That means that if you are an adulterer or sexually immoral, the promise is not for you, as Abel Damina wants to assure you.
Apart from keeping our marriage bed pure, our conduct must equally be without covetousness; and we should be content with such things as we have.
In other words, it is totally false for Abel Damina to insulate that even if our conversation is with covetousness; and even if we are not content with such things as we have, God is a dummy as he had vowed to still fulfill the promise of never will He leave us, nor forsake us.
Also, in the argument of Abel Damina, he failed to consider what God said in other portions of the bible as we should interpret bible verses using other bible verses. Please, Abel Damina is totally wrong as the book of Psalms 9:17 equally says, “The wicked shall be turned into hell And all the nations that forget God”.
Also, 1 Cor 6:9 says, “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites.
Have you seen why Abel Damina’s argument or insulation that sin doesn’t take a man to hell – the believer can never go to hell no matter, is a message from the pit of hell? It is highly unfortunate that Abel Damina should join to teach Eternal security of believers, that once saved remain saved, which is a false doctrine from the pit of hell.
Before you allow Abel Damina to deceive you, please take time to read Paul’s warning in Corinthians 10:1-11 which says, For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.
They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ.
Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered over the desert. Now, these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did.
Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in pagan revelry.” We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did — and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died.
We should not test the Lord, as some of them did — and were killed by snakes. And do not grumble, as some of them did — and were killed by the destroying angel.
These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the fulfillment of the ages has come. Please the Bible is our standard and not any man of God no matter highly placed. We should believe the bible and not the words of any man.
