I try to avoid calling names in my writings, however, I get really upset or disturbed in my spirit whenever I see ministers of God preaching heresies or false teachings and messages that contradict the Bible.
Obviously, such false or erroneous messages/teachings are capable of causing the shipwreck or the crash of the faith of some believers. What disturbs me most is when such false teachings come from ministers of God that were preaching sound gospel messages before.
A particular man of God by the name of Abel Damina happens to be one of such ministers of God. Some years ago, I respected him much for his preaching anointed and true gospel messages that were impacting lives positively until later that he deviated and started to preach heresies.
As said, Abel Damina recently turned to preaching heresies and false messages that contradict the Bible. He misinterprets the bible verses yet claims that his interpretation is more authentic than other men of God.
One folly aspect is that Abel Damina sees other men/women of God as preaching another gospel, yet he was the one preaching another gospel. In fact, people have termed him an agent of darkness as a result of his many false teachings.
If you observe his utterances lately, you will observe that he makes authoritative utterances as if he was part of writing the Bible. In other words, he sees other men/women of God that preach different things as preaching the wrong doctrine.
I wish to caution you, to be careful before these erroneous messages mislead you to hell. Some of Abel Damina’s erroneous messages are capable of crashing or making a shipwreck of faith for some if they continue to swallow them. One of such false message is captioned, “Confession Of Sins Is Useless & Unbiblical”
This message in its entirety can cause a believer to backslide without knowing it. This is because it gives a believer the liberty to commit sins as long as he/she will not acknowledge and confess his sins or bring his/her sins to the foot of the cross.
When a believer stops acknowledging and confessing his sins, with time, his/her conscience will be sealed with a hot iron as he/she can commit any sin without his/her conscience smoothing him/her again.
Moreover, Abel Damina said that confession of sins is not Biblical or New Testament teachings. Please take a look at the following verses to confirm for yourself the falsehood of Abel Damina.
The book of Mathew 6:9-12 contains part of our Lord’s prayer, which Jesus taught his disciples. It says, “Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us.
Also, look at what 1 John 1:7-10 says, “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
As we can see from the above verses, Abel Damina erred by saying that confession of sins is useless and unbiblical. Instead of teaching that believers should not live in sin conscienceless, he taught the opposite.
What Abel Damina is trying to teach is that believers should not acknowledge or confess their sins, which is nothing but a clear message from the pit of hell. It is therefore men/women with reprobate minds that would believe Abel Damina above what apostle John said in 1 John 1:9.
Secondly, Abel Damina teaches that once saved is eternally saved, which is another grievous blunder of Abel Damina. Also in John 15:1-6, Jesus says, “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vine-dresser.
Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me, you can do nothing.
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
Also, Hebrew 10:37-39 says, ” For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draws back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition, but of them, that believe to the saving of the soul. God clearly stated above that if any man draws back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
In other words, Abel Damina is trying to counter God’s word, in other words, saying that God does not mean that His soul shall have no pleasure In any man that drew back.
Again, from the above verse, Paul was saying that we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them, that believe to the saving of the soul. Abel Damina should explain to us about those that are said to draw back unto perdition.
Moreover, in Rev 3:21, Jesus, equally says, “To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne”.
In essence, what Abel Damina is saying is that no matter what, Jesus will grant both the overcomers and non-overcomers to sit with him on his throne. What a lie from the pit of hell. Strive to overcome and don’t draw back to perdition. Shalom!
