Pastor Abel Damina was one of the seasoned man of God that is highly respected in the past. Some yeas ago, I enjoyed listening to him as I downloaded many of his messages which I stored in my hard disc.
It was for the above reason that I was critical of Joseph Okechukwu, for the video he uploaded on July 15th , 2020, captioned, Exposed: The Profound Heresies Of Abel Damina
Of a truth, that time, I was against Joseph Okechukwu for that video, saying that Okechukwu was talking rubbish against an anointed man of God even without taking time to listen fully to what he has to say in that video.
However, recently, the spirit of God lead me to go back and listen in full to what Okechukwu said in that video and I was shocked that Joseph Okechukwu did not even bring out many of Pastor Abel Damina’s erroneous and heretic teachings.
I said this because going by some current teachings of Abel Damina. I am bold to say that Abel Damina is no longer himself as he is now boldly teaching some false and erroneous teachings which are capable of over throwing the faith of some listening to him.
One of such false and erroneous teaching of Abel Damina is captioned, “Can A Believer Go To Hell Because Of Sin”? – This false and erroneous teachings in which Abel Damina was insinuating that sin can never take a man too hell.
Abel Damina based that false teaching on Hebrew 13:5 which he quoted off context. That verse said, “let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”.
You see, that verse started with a conditional statement “let your conversion be without covetousness”. That means that God’s promise of never to leave you, nor forsake you is based on your not letting your conversion being with covetousness otherwise God is not committed.
Moreover, Abel Damina’s insinuation that sin cannot take a believer to hell is false because the same Hebrew 12:14 says, “follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
Also, Hebrew 10:35-39 says, “cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
In addition, the great apostle Paul said in 1 Cor 9:24-27 where he said, “know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize?
So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
In Mathew 13:11, Jesus equally told his disciples as He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
In all, i observe one dangerous issue about Abel Damina and that is, “any mystery he fails to understand he will dismiss or say that it doesn’t exist or there is nothing like that thing.
It is for that reason that he gave this false and erroneous teaching captioned, “there Is No Such Thing As Altars” In fact, this teaching and other similar teachings made me to start thinking if Abel Damina is still a genuine pastor or has he fallen into apostasy?
Please I don’t need to reply him about altars as I have written many articles about altars. and “Knowledge And Understanding Of The Secrets And Mysteries Of The Kingdom Of Heaven”.
I said that I pity members of one branch Abel Damina is pastoring because to dismiss or say that “there Is No Such Thing As Altars” means that anyone that believe that teaching is in serious trouble.
Another false and erroneous teaching of Abel Damina is captioned, “there Is No Such Thing Like Spiritual Husband And Wife. It Doesn’t Exist. I am really sorry for Abel Damina, as he equally made a mistake in his choice of terms.
Any spirit filled man and equally walking in the spirit, if he is married, he can be regarded as a spiritual husband. This term is quite different from the term spirit husband which refers to a spirit entity laying claim to a lady as his wife.
In other words, what Abel Damina is referring to is spirit husband and not spiritual husband. Please in your own interest, I refer you to the article “understanding the operations of The Spirit Husband/Wife” parts one and two.
That articles will open your eyes of understanding so that you don’t follow Abel Damina in celebrating his ignorance about this mystery.
In addition, Abel Damina erroneously taught that “Generational Curses Do Not Exist”. and also that it is wrong to personalize your salvation and your relationship with Christ. For that reason, he taught that “Jesus Is Not Your Personal Saviour!”
The reason I said that these false and erroneous teachings of Abel Damina to our faith is because Jesus said in John 8:31-32 that “if you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Abel Damina is trying to make you join him to celebrate his ignorance thereby walking in darkness. I wonder how many are held down by evil altars in one branch church he is pastoring.
I said i weep and pity Abel Damina because if he is not careful, he may by any means, when he have preached to others, he himself should be a castaway.
My final word for Abel Damina is a repetition of the warning of Jesus in Revelation 2:5 where Jesus urged the church of Ephesus saying, “remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lamp stand from its place — unless you repent.
And to the people listening to these garbage from Abel Damina, remember the words of Jesus, “if you abide in His word, you are His disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
In other words, seek to know the truth by trying to listen to other men/women of God to enable you to to be a balanced Christian. I join Paul to urge you like Paul urged Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:15 saying, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”.
