In the book of 2 Chronicles 27:6, it was said of Jotham saying, “So Jotham became mighty because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God”.
Today, in our society, I doubt if there is any of us that has no desire to become great by manifesting exploit and breakthroughs. For this reason, our manifesting exploit and breakthrough in 2022 depend on whether we are re-positioned for it or not?
As the saying goes, it is insanity to be performing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result. In other words, whether we enjoy, exploit, and breakthrough is determined by our actions, and whether we are re-positioned to take hold of our opportunities as they come in 2022.
One tragedy in life is that most of us miss God’s ordained opportunities that came our way because we were not re-positioned when such opportunities came our way.
Like Jotham, he became mighty, because he prepared his ways before his Lord. That is to say, we may never be in a position to enjoy exploits and breakthroughs without adequate preparation before our God.
In reality, as 2021 came and gone without most people achieving most of their heart’s desires, the same way the year 2022 may come and go likewise if we fail to reposition ourselves to grab opportunities as they come our way.
One of the ways to reposition ourselves is to ensure that we do certain things differently and better this year. Going the extra mile or doing extraordinary things to get extraordinary results.
In doing so, we must ensure that the devil and his agents don’t pollute our bodies, soul, and spirits. You see, what makes the great difference in our lives is the presence of God in our individual lives.
And the devil tries to pollute us, especially our spirit man, so our relationship with God is severed. These days, the devil uses sinful pleasure or pleasure of sin, especially $exual pleasures, to achieve his purpose.
In other words, our relationship with God gets severed as the Spirit of God leaves us when we get polluted. One way to reposition ourselves, therefore, is to ensure that we worship and serve God in truth and in spirit, as well as in holiness.
Once we are pure and holy before God, and as well as worship and serve God in truth and spirit, it is then that the spirit of God can go through us any day, any time, guiding us all the way.
In preparing to reposition ourselves in 2022 for exploits and breakthroughs, we need to learn a useful lesson from the aviation industry. In the aviation industry, no plane will ever take off in the air without the engineers having checked and confirmed the plane was in good condition to take off.
In the same way, if we desire to take off this year 2022, there is every need that we adequately prepare ourselves for a smooth take-off by ensuring that we go for things that increase our acceleration while dropping those things that slow us down.
One other way we get ourselves prepared and re-positioned is to resolve never to be lazy, but rather to be diligent in everything we do. The book of Proverbs 22:29 says, “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”.
Another way, we equally re-position ourselves is to ensure that we go for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. It was said of the four Hebrew men that God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.
Talking about wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, the book of Proverbs 4:7 says, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding” In 2022, you cannot claim to reposition yourself if you left behind wisdom that is said to be the principal thing.
One practical instance was the case of Daniel, who was well sought after in Babylon because an excellent spirit, knowledge, understanding, interpreting of dreams, solving riddles, and explaining enigmas were found in this Daniel.
According to Daniel 5, when there was a handwriting on the wall which no other man can interpret the writing, in Daniel 5:11, the queen told the king about Daniel saying, “There is a man in your kingdom in whom is the Spirit of the Holy God.
And in the days of your father, light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, were found in him; and King Nebuchadnezzar your father — your father the king — made him chief of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers.
Inasmuch as an excellent spirit, knowledge, understanding, interpreting dreams, solving riddles, and explaining enigmas were found in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar, now let Daniel be called, and he will give the interpretation.”
What is required of us then is to go for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding which will automatically conquer ignorance which God lamented in Hosea 4:6a saying, my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
This wisdom, knowledge, and understanding are very important if we are ever going to experience or enjoy exploits and breakthroughs in 2022. The bane of our society today has to do with a high level of ignorance.
Next of how to reposition ourselves in 2022 is in our ability to know the right times and seasons. It knows the right times and seasons that enable us to take the right actions and as well as take hold of our opportunities as they come our way.
Lastly, we must pay adequate attention to our spiritual lives. Often, it is the state of our spiritual lives that determines what happens to us physically, as the spiritual realm controls the physical world.
In other words, it is the state of our spiritual lives that may determine whether we will enjoy exploits and breakthroughs in 2922 or not. Shalom!
