In this life, there are people that are born with a golden spoon or silver spoons in their mouths. Such people, everything seems to be rosy for them as they never tasted any battle in life.
On the other hand, there are other people; one can say that they were born into battles as they started fighting battles of their lives from their childhoods.
Such people, there was no money to buy milk for their feeding and the breast milk from their mothers was hardly enough. They feel battered early in life from their childhood
However, God saw them through, and they survived past their childhood age. Some were born and dumped somewhere to die but survived as someone found them before harm could come on them.
Some did not go to school at all; some went to primary school, some reached up to secondary school while some managed to go to universities.
Irrespective of where any stopped schooling, the point is that many are still undergoing constant battles in their life while some are dead and forgotten.
Some, their own battles started when they reached adulthood and ready to hit it really big in life. It is pertinent to point out that, even to drink a cup of water, they have to battle for it.
Essentially our battles are, spiritual and 2 Corinthians10:3-6 said, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds 😉
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
However, it is highly unfortunate that some people don’t know or accept that they are on a battlefield or fighting battles. For that reason, some are slaughtered like Christmas chicken by the devil.
According to Bishop David Oyedepo, “what we don’t want, we don’t watch and what we don’t resist have every right to remain, also, what we do not fight have the right to prevail against us”
Moreover, what we don’t confront, we can never conquer. But we don’t confront what we don’t know and as said earlier, our battles are essentially, spiritual battles.
Are you suffering attacks on any area of your life? Please you are not alone. One thing is sure, as long as God is with us, victory is sure. Please take a time to listen to Pastor Paul Enenche “The Reason you are being Attacked (2016)”
As long as we have a future and a glorious destiny, we can’t escape the attack of the devil until we are spiritually matured in spiritual warfare to subdue the devil.
Moreover, as Christians, the various battles we are fighting, why are the impacts more on us? Please learn this today; the impact of the devil’s attack is more on us because the devil has legal ground to attack us.
Is your blood on the altar? Some don’t know if their blood are on the altar and some may argue that their blood is not on the altar, yet they have incisions all over their body.
Our blood came to be in the altar directly or indirectly. Indirectly is that during our childhood years, our parents took us to fetish doctors or spiritualists.
Others were taken to fetish doctors all for protection. The fetish doctors in turn placed us on the altar and made some incisions on our bodies thereby allowing our blood to drop on the altar.
The devil started to use the blood that dropped on the altar as a legal ground to fight you when you became an adult and deviated and refused to serve the devil.
Also, some people on their own visited fetish doctors who made incisions on our bodies thereby causing our blood to drop on the altar. These happened before some go converted and became Christians.
In addition, some are fighting endless battles of life for certain reasons they know nothing about. Some of these battles are the results of the sins of their ancestors’ maybe years even before their fathers were even born.
God clearly states that He visits the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
God stated that in Exodus 34:7 keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
He repeated that in Numbers 14:18 The LORD is long-suffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.
In our subsequent posts or discourse, we shall look at how to tackle the issue of your drops of blood on the altars, how to deal with the sins of the fathers, and as well as other reasons the devil has legal grounds to attack you.
Keep a date with us in our next post or discourse. Until then, fight on and never surrender or accept defeat from the devil, it is not over until you win. Shalom!
